Fox Defense Shock Absorber
The platform and support combines these features with a full adjustability and is constructed from Military Specification Anodized Alloy, which makes the platform and support virtually maintenance free.

The proprietary Shock Absorber is from Fox Defense with the latest Kashima Coating, and is oil damped with infinitely adjustable air spring.

The Zero G2 Helm combines these features with the ability to be fully adjustable to the size and weight of individual crew members. Constructed from military specification anodized alloy and advanced plastics, it can endure persons with a weight of up to 190 kilos, and is virtually maintenance free.

It can be used behind consoles or as stand alone seating, and can be configured with front and rear handrails and optional seat belts for added safety and security to crews.

Enhanced Balance Control
The Zero G2 Helm is a very light seat, and also has the inherent quality of enhancing balance control when standing.

This is achieved with a long and narrow cushion, that allows the user to place the feet on both sides and squeezing the legs against the seat to maintain the balance in rough sea, while always being able to sit comfortably if needed.

Inspired by horseback riding

Seating aboard a Tornado RIB is an extremely important part of your custom build.

Many hours at sea is rough for the body and proper seating is needed for maximum comfort, and our jockey seats provides just that.

A jockey seat is a saddle shaped seat with a back rest, inspired by horseback riding and motocross.

The characteristic shape of the jockey seat changed the perception of what a suspension seat in high speed boats should look like and is now the standard in many of the sea rescue units, coast guards and navies around the world.

At Tornado Boats, we have a wide selection of Jockey seats, ranging from short and broad seats to long, clean and simple seats with straps to hold on to, and a storage box for food supply, lifesaving equipment or the likes.

Withstanding the elements

As with everything we make, our bench seats are built to withstand the rigors of the wind and water, and its backrest acts as waist cushion, and will have no problem providing comfort and balance in rough sea.

Moreover, the benches also feature lockers beneath the seats, so you can keep the lunch or lifesaving equipment completely dry, or stock the prize catch of the day.

Balance and safety

Learning Frames provide balance and safety when working at sea and it is an accessory as important when standing, as the seat is when sitting.

The leaning frames will allow you to keep up the work rate even in very rough sea.

100 % stainless steel

All our learning frames are made from 100 % marine grade stainless steel and they can be placed where ever they are needed.

The leaning frames can be fitted with navigation lights, horns, GPS, etc.

A steady and robust learning frame is a must, if your RIB is your daily workplace, and as with all of our products, custom design, sizes and feature requests are welcome.
